WAITLISTED ITEMS:
If the item is sold out, it will move to your “waitlist”. We will do our best to restock waitlisted items!

RETURN POLICY: 
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account. Returns must be postmarked by 14 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must still be attached to receive full credit. 

EXCHANGES:

If you are interested in exchanging for a different size, you are more than welcome to email us at shopthestatementclothing@gmail.com to see if we have the size you would like in stock. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of exchanges.

DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at shopthestatementclothing@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will get you taken care of!
