If the item is sold out, it will move to your “waitlist”. We will do our best to restock waitlisted items!
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account. Returns must be postmarked by 14 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must still be attached to receive full credit.
If you are interested in exchanging for a different size, you are more than welcome to email us at email@example.com to see if we have the size you would like in stock. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of exchanges.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will get you taken care of!
